Passport Requirements:

Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay in Turkey, with at least one blank passport page available for Turkey visa stamp. Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for Turkish visas.

Turkish Visa Application Form:

One signed Turkey visa application form plus one copy.
Improperly completed Turkey visa application forms may delay the processing of your Turkey visa.

Photo Requirements:

One recent 2 x 2 passport type photograph, in color, front view and with a plain/white background.


OR - you can upload a passport photo to the Global Service Order Form when you place your order, instead of providing physical passport photos.

Other Forms:

Official Letter of Support from the US Department of State.

Proof Of Departure:

In Los Angeles jurisdiction, a computer generated flight itinerary from the airline or travel agency or copy of airline tickets showing round-trip or onward travel to Turkey.

Global Service Order Form:

This is Travisa's service order form, where you will provide your contact and shipping information, choose the visa processing needed and make your payment. You must print the completed form and send it to Travisa with all other supporting documents.

Turkey Visa Validity:

Turkish visas are generally issued for single or multiple entries. Visa validity and duration of stay for diplomatic and official visas will be at the discretion of the Turkish Consulate.

Turkish Visa Processing Time:

Turkey visas are usually processed in 7 to 10 business days. Rush and Emergency visa service may be available for additional fees. Rush and Emergency visa service is defined as any attempt made by Travisa to retrieve the Turkish visa in less time than the amount required by the Turkish Embassy to process the visa.
